As a remote worker-only business, we operate without a physical office and have not printed a single document in the past 5 years. Our servers are powered exclusively by renewable energy.

Remote working
We will continue to operate as a remote worker-only business, thereby reducing our carbon footprint and minimising our impact on the environment. This approach also offers us the flexibility to hire talent from anywhere in the world, while reducing the need for commuting.
Paperless operation
We are committed to operating a paperless office and will continue to do so by using digital tools and platforms for all our communication and documentation needs. We will only print when absolutely necessary and recycle any waste paper appropriately.
Renewable energy
Our servers are powered exclusively by renewable energy sources. We will continue to prioritise the use of renewable energy sources for our operations and encourage our service providers to do the same.
Sustainable practices
We will prioritise the use of eco-friendly materials in our operations, such as reusable bags, mugs, and water bottles. We will also encourage our employees to practice sustainability in their personal lives and provide them with resources and information to help them do so.
Eco-education
We believe that education is key to creating a more sustainable future. As such, we are committed to educating our employees, customers, and stakeholders on environmental issues and how they can make a difference.
